I, the undersigned, hereby certify that to the best of my professional knowledge and belief the within plat accurately represents a survey performed under my supervision
of part of the Southeast and Southwest Quarters of Section 27, Township 18 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencino at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Ouarter of said Section 27, which said corner bears South 89 degrees 13 minutes 32 seconds West 2632.74 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter Section; thence along the West line thereof South 00 degrees 03 minutes 44 seconds East 442.79 feet; thence South 19 degrees
37 minutes 00 seconds East 235.70 feet to a point on a curve having a radius of 463.68 feet, the radius f)oint of which bears North 19 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds West;
