their big lift(R70)is not locking at all

Looked at the locks and greased and oiled all moving
parts.also added air tool oil to the lock cylinders.All
locks are working.Also noticed that the front piston
was bouncing.I had to bleed air from the bleeder plug
and that took care of it.
