THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO COORDINATE WORK "BY OTHERS" WITH HIS/HER OWN
ACTIVITIES AS NECESSARY TO EXECUTE THE OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE.
5. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO REVIEW DOCUMENTS IN DETAIL AND COMMUNICATE
ANY ITEMS THAT MAY REQUIRE LEAD TIMES. CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE
PROJECT SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY AND COMMUNICATE TO TEAM ANY DECISIONS
TNAT NEED TO BE MADE TO KEEP PROJECT SCHEDULE ON TRACK. CONTRACTOR IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS WHEN LEAD TIMES ARE NOT PROPERLY COMMUNICATED
TO OWNER AND PARA��E� DESIGN GROUP.

INSTALLATION OF THOSE COMPONENTS AS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS. (I.E.
WHERE EXISTING MECHANICAL DUCTWORK MAY PREVENT THE INSTALLATION OF
LIGNTING FIXTURES AS INDICATED ON THE CEI�ING PLAN).
8. SHOP DRAWINGS OR CATALOG CUTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO PARALLEL DESIGN
GROUP FOR APPROVAL ON ALL MATERIALS/PRODUCTS IF THE DRAWINGS DO NOT
INDICATE A SPECIFIC MANUFACTURER OR MODEL NUMBER.
9. PROVIDE SUBMITTAL SHOP DRAWINGS IN A TIMELY FASHION TO ALLOW SUFFICIENT
TIME FOR CHECKING, APPROVA�, ORDERING, FABRICATION, AND DELIVERY OF
MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT.
10. A�� MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT OF INDUSTRY STANDARD QUALITY SPECIFIED OR
NOT, AND WITH THE LIMITATION OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS TO CAUSE THE
INSTALLATION TO FUNCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTENTION AND OBJECTIVE

12. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PATCH AND REPAIR ANY

13. WHEN REQUIRED BY STATE BUI�DING CODE, THE CONTRACTOR(S) SHALL
PROVIDE DESIGN/BUILD DRAWINGS FOR MECHANICAL, P�UMBING, ELECTRICAL, OR
FIRE SUPPRESSION. DRAWINGS SNA�L BE CERTIFIED BY A LICENSED ENGINEER AND
SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR FOR STATE DESIGN REVIEW.
14. A�L EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND/OR FIXTURES SHALL BE INSTA��ED IN STRICT
ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS OR INSTRUCTIONS.
15. EXECUTE A TNOROUGH FINAL CLEAN AND INSPECTION OF THE SPACE UPON
COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. AL� SURFACES, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT SHAL� BE
C�EAN, AND THE SPACE SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO THE OWNER IN A CONDITION
TNAT REPRESENTS TNE HIGHEST �EVEL OF CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM. ENSURE ALL

CONDUCTING A FIRE DEPARTMENT PLAN REVIEW AND ON-SITE INSPECTIONS.
DRAWING SET SHOU�D INCLUDE ARCH, STRUCT, MECH, E�EC, SPRINKLER, FIRE
ALARM, AND SITE/CIVI� (WHERE APPLICABLE). DRAWINGS MAY BE DE�IVERED OR
MAI�ED TO THE IFD PLAN REVIEW DIVISION (1200 MADISON AVENUE, INDIANAPOLIS,
