Reasonable efforts will be made to perform work and/or supply parts in a timely manner.Delivery dates and times expressed for the completion of work depend upon many circumstances and therefore are estimates only.Time for performance of the work and/or supply of parts shall not be of the essence of this contract. 9. Title in any parts supplied by Best shall pass on the later of:(1)Delivery and installation of the parts,or(2)Payment in full of the invoice of which the parts are the subject,including all labor charges,and it is expressly agreed by customer that no property right in or title to the parts shall pass or be deemed to pass to customer or any other person by accession or otherwise as a result of work carried out by Best until all parts and services are fully paid.
