THERE SHOULD BE NO LESS THAN 2.5 FEET OF COVER ALONG
ANY PART OF THE PIPE FROM FINAL PAVEMENT OR FINAL
GROUND SURFACE ELEVATION TO THE TOP OF THE PIPE.

REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OR CARMEL IN ADDITION
TO SUPPLEMENTAL APPROVAL BY THE DESIGN
ENGINEER. AN EXPLANATION OF ANY SUCH DEVIATION
SHALL BE INCLUDED AS A REQUIREMENT ON
AS-BUILT/RECORD DRAWINGS SUBMITTED FOR RELEASE
