Exhibitor Set-up.Time
• Please arrive as early as 4A5pm and no later than 5:10pm to set-up.
• Members of our staff will check you in and help you locate your table upon arrival.There will be
two check=in lines, alphabetized by employer name:A-L and M-Z.
• If you have internship opportunities,please be sure to grab an'Internship'table tent at check-in to
advertise your positions tofair.attendees..
Exhibitor Tear Down
• The event ends at'7:30pm and tables/chairs will be removed promptly from the floor starting at
7:30pm.
What to Expect
• We hope to have at least 200 attendees, if not more, as we have heavily marketed this event
through`the following outlets: residence halls, Greek houses, academic buildings, departmental
listservs,various campus social media accounts,table tents in the dining,halls, information tables,
along with other marketing efforts.
• This eventis open to current.students,graduate students and alumni of all majors from Butler,
alongwith local surrounding universities. Expect to see a wide range of.attendees;some looking to
meet contacts for networking/job,shadowing and some.seeking specific opportunities.
• Attendees have been encouraged to dress.in business casual attire; however, some may drop in.
after classes wearing"come as you are" casual clothing.

Parkin
Exhibitors may park in overflow/visitor parking in the Hinkie.Fieldhouse lot.
• You may access the Campus Parking Map to view these lots(#25 on the parking map.).
• Additionally,the Sunset Avenue Parking Garage is now open for visitor parking..The Garage is.located
north of the 47th Street and Sunset Avenue intersection behind Cloves Memorial Hall.;Parking rates
are now being:applied.
• Signage will also be placed near each lot to indicate Big:DawgFair Parking.
• No tags or stickers:.are needed to park i4these lots.
• There are ADA.parkingspaces inthe Hinkle Parking Lot for those who need'accessible:parking.
• There.will also be a designated space outside ofthe HRC.foraeroporary drop-off.
• Please note we are not able to hold Hinkle parkingspaces.closer to the HRC..These are first-come;first-
served, if available. Please"b.e prepared to walka small distance-between the available.Hinkle spaces
and the HRC entrance.once you have parked.
Access to'Electrical Outlets/Wi-Fi
• Some areas of the gymnasium may,have access to electrical outlets, butwe cannot guarantee access
or grant requests for table assignments:near outlets.
• Please plan to bring a backup battery or table items that do not require electr.icel access'if`possible:
• The HRC has,#ree Wi-Fi:access. Instructions to connect are available on the IT website.
What to Brine:
• You mayconsider bringing a cart/dolly-to transport items from your vehicle to the building..
• The 8-ft.tables will be covered in white limens, but you may bring your own tablecloth.
• Banner stands,tab le.=displays;,and other signage may be used,as long as it is confined within your table
space.
•
Peel,free to bring handouts,;brochures,business cards,give-awaysjnterest sheets; etc.
• If you bring candy/food items for your table,.they must be individuallywrapped.
