8.EC SHALL SEAL AIR TIGHT ALL PENETRATIONS WHERE WIRING
AND CONDUIT PASSES THROUGH OR INTO COOLERS AND
FREEZERS.
9.ALL CABLING TO BE IN CONDUIT CONCEALED ABOVE CASES, IN
WALLS AND ABOVE CEILINGS.
10.ALL CONDUITS ARE TO BE RUN AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE
THROUGHOUT SALES AREA AND ANY AREAS THAT ARE OPEN TO
PUBLIC VIEW. ALL CONDUITS WHICH ARE TO BE SUPPORTED
FROM THE STRUCTURE ABOVE, SHALL BE SUPPORTED FROM
THE TOP CORD OF STRUCTURAL JOIST ONLY. NO CONDUITS
