Notes
1) it shall be the builders responsibility to assure that final lot
grades conform to the approved drainage plan, on file with
applicable agency.
2) Proposed grades at the building shall be a minimum of 8"
below the finished floor.
3) Any field tiles encountered during any improvements being
performed on the lot shown shall be intercepted and directed to
the nearest drainage facility that will occomodate said tile and,
provide positive drainage.
4) Minimum pad grade to be established at front of house pad
location. Rear pad elevations shall be determined by existing
topogrphic conditions.
5) Minimum slope 5% for first 10' from house minimum 2/. elsewhere.
6) Information used to prepare this plot plan was taken from the
recorded plat and development plan prepared by Schneider Engineering.
7) Refer to architectural plans for house dimensions and information.
8) The structure does not lie in a Zone 'A' Flood plain limits per FIRM
Community Panel #180081 0010 C Revised May 19, 1981.

10) Utility laterals were unable to be located in the field, therefore the
laterals information may differ from their actual location.
11) Erosion control measures shall be the responsibility of the builder.
12) All water mains are to be 8" or 6" pipe and have a minimum cover of
57'' per water reord drawing.
13) The area of the water top will be restored to original condition
back fillw/granular material.per Joe Gotliff of Brenwick Development.
14) Sidewalks shall be non -reinforced concrete 4" thick 6" thick at all
drives and 4 feet in width.
Certificate of Surveyor
I, the undersigned licensed land surveyor, do hereby certify that
in my opinion if the finished grades are constructed as shown, the
surface drainage will be satisfactory for residential construction.
