I, the undersigned Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify to the best of my information, knowledge and
belief, that the included plat correctly represents a survey performed under my direction, of the following
described real estate:
A part of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 4 East of the 2nd Principal Meridian, Clay Township,
Hamilton County, Indiana described more particularly as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Section 23; thence North 89 degrees 15 minutes 40
seconds West along the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23 a distance of 337.40
feet; thence South 20 degrees 07 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 149.74 feet to a point
being the Southwest intersection of the rights-of-way for 146th Street and River Road as described
in Instrument No. 200100065741 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, thence
