ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE EXISTING BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TYPE AS DEFINED BY SECTION 601 OF THE INDIANA BUILDING CODE . 1. THE MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SCOPES OF WORK ARE LIMITED TO BASIC DESIGN-BUILD ALTERATIONS WHICH ARE OUTLINED IN THESE PLANS. THE 2. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ALL APPLICABLE STATE AND DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACTORS FOR EACH TRADE MUST NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT IF THEY LOCAL BUILDING CODES. CONTRACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE FIND THAT THE SCOPE OF WORK EXCEEDS THE LEVEL OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL OR CURRENT APPLICABLE BUILDING CODE(S) FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE SCOPE OF WORK. WEEKENDS WHEN THAT CONSTRUCTION IS DEEMED TO INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATIONS CONTRACTOR IS TO PLACE LOCATION OF DIFFUSERS AND RETURN AIR GRILLES AS OF ADJACENT TENANTS. REQUIRED BY CODE. 8. FOR THOSE ITEMS TO BE ORDERED REQUIRING LEAD TIME, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL 5. EXECUTE A THOROUGH FINAL CLEAN AND INSPECTION OF THE SPACE UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. ALL SURFACES, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE CLEAN, AND THE SPACE SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO THE OWNER IN A CONDITION THAT REPRESENTS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
