Chris Thanks for taking the time to meet with me yesterday – I think it was very helpful. At the end of our meeting, we made of list of the items you needed before you could release the building permit to be 2 issued. I have those items together and the answers to the questions we discussed. The list included the following items: 1. Updated drawing from FBI showing the room name change to “Vestibule”. That drawing is attached. 2. Letter from FBI confirming that the intervening rooms are not storage rooms. That letter is attached. 3. Clarification that the new stable will be fully sprinkled as part of this phase. Yes, the stable that is being built now will have a dry sprinkler system installed this spring. The note on the drawing about a system being installed by 12/31/19 is in reference to future work on the adjacent arena. 4. Confirmation that a FDC will be installed on the south side of the building. Yes, there will be. 5. Confirmation that the new fire hydrant that will be installed as part of the new water line from Towne Road to the new stable can be moved to the north side of the entrance road so that it is within 100’ of the FDC that will be installed on the south side of the building. Yes, I talked with Adam DeHart and he said we can move that fire hydrant to the north side of the road and we will make sure the distance to the FDC does not exceed 100’. I think this addresses the issues we discussed. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to give me a call. If all of this looks in order, please contact Nick so he can release the permit. I just talked with Adam DeHart about these questions and it looks like I have made a mistake filling out the ILP application. On the ILP application, I wrote in the incorrect area of 5686 sf that you reference below – that number includes the covered porch area and Adam told me the covered porch is not supposed to be included in that calculation – my mistake. Please use the area of 4892 sf that Adam has calculated and is shown on his Drawing C2. Also on Drawing C2, Adam has included a table in the upper right hand corner with some calculations showing existing and proposed areas that might also be helpful to you. Adam did offer that if you had any other questions, feel free to call him directly and he would be happy to help. Or, feel free to call me, as well. Sorry for any confusion.
