Review the entire construction document set for details and requirements to modify components to the existing plaza and parking. 3 New parking garage, not in this contract. 4 New paving is part of the Baldwin/ Chambers Project Bid Set. New structural wall is part of this bid set (Veterans Way Extension). 5 Paving is part of "Carmel City Center-Remainder Site Area 'A' Bid Set." 6 Existing stair and tunnel roof slab to remain. 7 New stair extension. 8 Slab control joints are part of the "Carmel City Center-Remainder Site Area 'A' Bid Set." 9 New concrete paving over concrete mud slabs, water proofing, and pre-cast concrete structural.
