CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SCALE: NTS PLAN NORTH 28 22 16 H M AREA A AREA C AREA B R KEY PLAN BLDG A LANGHAM PENTHOUSE LIFE SAFETY & CODE SUMMARY PROJECT SUMMARY This project is a new residential improvement project known as the Langham Penthouse, Unit 704, occupying 1466 square feet of the seventh floor and roof level of an existing Shell and Core project known as Carmel City Center. The Langham Penthouse project occupies approximately five percent (5%) of the seventh floor area of an eight (8) story building. Beneath the ground floor and separated with a 3-hour fire resistive assembly, is an unheated parking garage. The Langham Penthouse project is a Group R-2 occupancy, and the construction type of this project is II-A and the shell and core is II-A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth.
