See attached proposal from the contractor Structure Installation at the Hamilton Count' Legal Drain A proposal was provided by Globe Asphalt to install a new inlet, install new pipe, and connect the legal drain tile to the structure. This work is required by the Hamilton County Surveyors office as the existing inlet will be buried under the trail. This inlet allows water to flow into the legal drain and reduces flooding to the east. This work is an unforeseen site condition. The inlet was covered by debris, and was not picked up by the survey. See attached proposal from the contractor,and detailed drawing from the Surveyor. We Agree with the contractors price to complete this work.
