1939 in Deed. Record 126, Page 524, in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana, and also being the parcel of land described in the deed to 1132 South Rangeline
LLC, recorded as Instrument number 2013075757 in said Recorder's office, more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot Ten
(10); thence South 89 degrees 17 minutes 04 seconds West along the south line of said Lot
Ten (10) 338.37 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence continuing
