1.reload all VAV&FPB with DAT programing
2.RTU's need reloaded but we never changed any of these programs, not sure why I am getting the error message that they need downloaded, that
would lead me to believe someone has changed the programing from the last time I did a backup on 2/11/15
a.This was on all the VAV RTU's,but this morning they are all reading okay.
b.I did notice James made Econ changes from 10 to 0%which is fine,so it could be he hit download last night after I left. I was planning on looking
over the program to see if I could figure it out what had changed.
c.I know at one point Mike K.and lames R.had spoken about removing the air flow stations, they had had some issues with them failing, and maybe
the program was changed/cleaned up from the temporary one I had in the originally for the TAB guy.Further discussion needs to be made

James called with issues Chiller would not start.I checked multiple programs and overrode multiple times to get chiller to start.Chiller two was up to
start but tripped out on a factory alarm, they reset but it would not re-start so I locked Chiller 1 on. waiting it did come on.then i unlocked all items
i had locked to bring chiller on. at this time i was also searching the site trying to find the cause of why the chiller did not receive a RUN command
from ALC. turns out there is a lock in the RUT/AHU's that prevent them from starting the chilled water valve programing that will then send the
command to the chiller.it was set to less than 55 Begs and the chilled water was 85 degs. did some searching through trends and noticed the chilled
water temp slowly rise over a day or two earlier in the week that brought the temp up over 55 degs. not sure exactly what happened at this point
except if there are no 3 way valves and the chilled water pumps were started we could have been deadheading the pumps causing the heat to rise.i
did change this set point to higher so we will not have this issue again until it can be confirmed if or what AHU programs parameters or programing
had been changed since the last back up done by ALC in 2015.this is the backup i used last week to bring crashed server back on line.
