Street and Grand Boulevard (the Real Estate") within the Grand & Main mixed-use development (please
see the Aerial Loca ƚƓ ağƦ ğƷ ğĬ ЌΜ͵ a{Itƭ υЊЍa ağƩƩźƚ brand hotel currently is under construc on

on the Real Estate.
The hotel fronts on two public streets, Main Street and Grand Boulevard, and faces a parking lot, private
ğƌƌĻǤ ğƓķ ƷŷĻ ƩĻğƩ ƚŅ ƷƚǞƓŷƚƒĻƭ Ʒƚ ƷŷĻ ƭƚǒƷŷ͵ ŷĻ ŷƚƷĻƌƭ ƒğźƓ ĻƓƷƩğƓĭĻ ŅğĭĻƭ ƭƚǒƷŷ ğƓķ ƚƦĻƓƭ Ʒƚ ƷŷĻ
parking lot (please see the loca ƚƓ ƦƌğƓ ğƷ ğĬ ЎΜ͵ a{Itƭ ƭźŭƓ ƦğĭƉğŭĻ źƓĭƌǒķĻƭ ƷǞƚ ƦĻƩƒź ed wall signs
and two permi ed direc onal signs for vehicular circula on. MSHP respec ully requests BZA approval
to transfer one of the permi ed wall signs from the Grand Boulevard frontage to the south eleva on so
