WHERE ANY MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, OR BUILDING FEATURES INTERFERE WITH EACH OTHER AND DO NOT ALLOW FOR PROPER CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES OR DESIGN INTENT, GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND / OR SUB -CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ARCHITECT / ENGINEER ABOUT SAID CONDITIONS SO THAT COST AND TIME EFFICIENT DESIGN SOLUTIONS CAN BE RESOLVED PRIOR TO CONTINUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION.
