Class 1 and 3 pedal-assist a-bikes boost a cyclists pedal power with electric power at speeds up to 20 or 28 mph. Attendees will be able to ride the e- bikes on a short loop from the Monona Terrace. 3:15-4:30 p.m. Roundtable Discussion: Safety How do we increase bicycling safety? A roundtable on bike safety with a focus on action.
