Re: Waterstone
I have reviewed the primary plat for the above mentioned
subdivision and I have the following comments.
1 . 4 permit from the DNR will be required in order to construct the
outlets in the Cool Creek floodway.
2. The construction plans should show inverts and erosion control
for the outlets into Cool Creek.
3 . We recommend SSD' s for swales with less than 2 percent slopes.
4 . Drainage calculations will be needed.
5 . Inverts will be needed for the outlets into and outfalls from the
lakes.
6 . Minimum floor elevations should be shown on the construction
plans.
7. Has permission to work within the Indiana Gas easement been
obtained?
8 . please indicate the plan for flood routing.
9 . Swales should not exceed 500' in length from the high point to an
adequate inlet. See lots 53-92 in Windpoint, lots 10-18 in
Bayhill and lots 1-6 in Windpoint.
10 . There are six section corners located near this site. If
construction may disturb these corners, please contact Jim Wyant,
Monumentation Specialist, at 776-9626, thirty days prior to work
so that measures can be taken to insure their integrity.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 776-9626 or Fax at
776-9628.
Sincerely
