Moore, President RE : Settle Property 1220 East 106th Street Sanitary Sewer Stub Dear Mr. Moore: As we discussed by telephone yesterday, we currently have the above-referenced property under option and intend to begin development in 1987 . I appreciate your quick response in providing the sewer plans along the frontage of the property. We feel it is in our best interest to authorize you to have a sanitary sewer stub installed along the frontage of the property at this date in lieu of the complexities and costs involved in connecting to the line in the future. As you requested , enclosed please find our check in the amount of $1, 203 . 80 , paying in advance the cost of the installation. We desire the sewer stub to be installed from Manhole No. NI-22A. As you indicated , an 8" line would adequately serve the property, on which we presently have a conditional permit for 280 single-family homes . It is my understanding that the line will be stubbed approximatley 25 ' (perpendicular from the main ) to the north onto the subject property line. Please place the line as deep as possible, as it will likely be necessary to serve the entire 80 acres at this location, and we desire to serve it with an all gravity system.
