This approach will allow construction without major distur- bance to the existing community. The additional amenities will be installed with each section as appropriate . Land- scaping will be installed as consistent with the planting seasons following completion of each section . The entire community is contemplated to be a three to five year development depending upon market demand. 4/16/87 yb FORM REV,t/80 LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL 7172 Graham Road D Indianapolis, Indiana 46250 DA4,2g/87 1PIC JOB g339-00000 (317) 842-6777 RE: PAU_ICRIPE,INC Lexington Farms Land Development Engineers/Land Surveyors/Architects/Land Planners TO: Accucable 516 East Carmel Drive Carmel , IN 46032 ATTENTION: Mr. Rusty Robertson WE ARE SENDING YOU ❑ Attached El via the following items: ❑ Shop drawings ❑ Prints ❑ Plans ❑ Samples El Specifications ❑ Copy of letter ❑ Change order ❑ COPIES DATE DESCRIPTION 1 Preliminary Plat Servi'c.e RQ{Doff. Here's what we were told: The homes will be built by Davis Homes. There figureso out to 272 homes on acre per home.9.7 . No matter how good you are with numbers, The lots will be approximately ld kept izing the our and LAKES areas. If you take away that ithe lotswilbe closer t 1/4th acre. The homes were described as "starter"homes by the Davis representative. What this means, folks,is SMALL,CHEAP housing that people do not buy to live eiir very y long. Therefore, they are not going to care a lot about how they keep up Also,it will mean frequent changes of ownership. There are to be 2 entrances onto 111th St.,and 1 entrance from 106th St. At the rate of 272 families, based on 2 cars per family, that will add 544 cars to our immediate streets, end more hassle in trying to get out at rush hour, and trying to get home at the peek times. 'Ile asked the question about the sewers, which, according to the paper a couple of weeks ago,had already reached MORE than capacity. They avoided any reference to this question, end in fact, did not even answer it. They did say that the homes would have water from the Indianapolis Water Co. They cut us off from asking any more questions saying they could not spend time in that meeting with questions. We don't know if there is any chance of keeping t e NICER m from developing hellopi WE CAN rDOe THIS, we would at least like to see them have to build FE IP YOU,AS A CONCERNED HOMEOWNER WILL DEN IIPiIp SED UPON HE RESIDENTS OFAR AND SHOW THAT YOU NOT GOING TO STAND FOR THIS KIND OF A BUR THIS COMMUNITY. I hope this notice makes you mad enough at this unsavory situs tion that you will attend the next meeting to ask questions. They have promised they f. would answer ALL our questions at that meeting.
