Corporation agrees that it will develop the Armon Dawson property; ''' and that in connect- , ion with such development Corporation will grant Keystone access from Hensel Drive as proposed in Keystone's plat of Keystone oa3xi 083x- ,oa3x kU2,13x; Woods to said property called "Lake Property" in exhibit A. , immediately north of the Dawson property , said property being approximately 345 feet by 140 feet, such access to be by a public street with a culdesac located on the south property line. Approximately 25% of the culdesac to be located on the lake property. A rough draft of said property and such access is attached and mark- ed Exhibit "A". It is understood that such access need not be fur- nished as outlined in said exhibit, but may be provided in any reasonable manner compatable with Corporation's platting of Armon Dawson's land. 2.
