BLUE WOODS CREEK STORM DRAINAGE
(W.C. MOFFITT, ASA WILLIAMSON LEGAL DRAINS)
,Attention: Mr. Schutz & Mr. Thompson
The Hamilton County Drainage Board and the County Surveyor
accepts the proposed reconstruction plans of the above named
ditch with the following specifications:
1. Ditch right-of-way to be 75 feet each side from top of
bank.
2. Clear one side of all underbrush.
3. Leave all large trees possible on top of bank.
4. 2 : 1-Side slopes.
5. Burn and bury all trees, brush, and stumps at least two
feet below finished grade.
6. Bury all rocks in excess 3 cubic foot.
7. Banks to be seeded (8 lbs. rye grass, 30 lbs. fes-cue,
600 lbs. 15-15-15/ac) .
8. Dirt excavated from ditch to be spread and leveled to
one foot depth maximum.

• • 9. All road culverts, crossings, bridges and pipes must
meet Hamilton Co. Highway; Specifications.
10. All bench marks and 'descriptions must be shown on plans.
11. Seeding of ditch banks must be completed immediately
following construction.
12. No angle of less than 120° shall be oonstructed in the
main channel of the open drain.
Following reconstruction, the County Surveyor must inspect
the completed project and give his approval. prior to• acceptance by
the Hamilton County Drainage Board.
After approval by the County Drainage Board the private drain
constructed on the Geneva Fisher farm must be requested by the
parties involved and ,must meet the specifications of the Hamilton
. COnty Drainage Board.
