session on October 19, 1971

as captioned above and set a PUBLIC HEARING DATE on November 16, 1971
at 7:115 p.m. o'clock. Meeting to be held in Administrative Office, 99 4th
Avenue North East, Carmel, Indiana 1.6032
Please be further advised, it will be necessary and your responsibility to complete
the following:
1. Notify all adjoining and abutting property owners by REGISTERED;;OR CERTIFIED MAIL
of PUBLIC HEARING WITH RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED.
2. Get RETURNED RECEIPTS of all notified property owners dated at least FIVE DAYS (5)
prior to PUBLIC HEARING, not to include hearing date.
3. Place a LEGAL NOTICE in the Noblesville Daily Ledger at LEAST TEN DAYS(10) prior
to the hearing date not to include hearing date.
4. Request from the newspaper TWO (2) PROOFS OF LEGAL NOTICE PUBLICATION.
5. Complete in FULL the enclosed affidavits.
6. YOU or YOUR REPRESENTATIVE will bring the AFFIDAVITS, NEWSPAPER PROOF, AND RETURNED
RECEIPTS to BUILDING COMMISSIONERS OFFICE one (1) day prior to date of hearing and during

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Town Plan Commission of
Carmel, Indiana, meeting on the 16th day of November, 1971, at 7:45 p. m. ,
will hold a public hearing on the Preliminary Plat application of Schutz &
Thompson, Inc. , said application being Docket No. P-17-71. The hearing
will be held at the Administrative Office, 99 Fourth Avenue, North East,
Carmel, Indiana.
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 17 North,
Range 4 East in Hamilton County, Indiana, being more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Quarter Section thence
North upon and along the East line of said Quarter Section 1450. 0
feet to a point; thence West 720. 0 feet to a point; thence South
14 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West 400. 00 feet to a point;
thence South 38 degrees 00 minutes. 00 seconds West 780. 00
