3rd section, N.W. corner of 106th St. and Chester Rd., filed by Schutz and
Thompson, Inc. Report was given by Subdivision Committee at December 20th
meeting, further action and report to be presented by Land Use and Zoning
Committee.
Thompson states that he will post a bond to clean up the Blue Woods Creek.
Streets are to be private not dedicated to Town of Carmel. Bond would also
go to the Property Owners Association for construction and maintainence
of Streets.
Stephens asked that drainage problems be looked into more fully.
Town Engineer, Hohl, states Woodlands, Evans, and Brookshire Village all
have the same problem of street dedication and recommends that a committee
of Town Board and Plan Commission members investigate possible solutions.
Assigned to special committee consisting of Subdivision Committee and Town
Board with R. Stephens, chairman.
Anderson moved to table further discussion and action on Docket No. 17-7lZ
until proper committees review the plans presented. RUAa,ER seconded and
the motion carried by the following vote: All present voted Aye.
