THE 9 SPECIFIC POINTS MADE BY THE SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE ARE MET .
SPENCER SECONDED AND THE NOTION CARRIED BY THE UNANIMOUS VOTE OFTHE
79 MEMBERS PRESENT.
