I have addressed each of your comments in the order shown on your letter. II) Have added an off-site plan showing downstream routing and structures. Also, I have updated the drainage calculations to take into account the Timber Heights development. ;U)// Have contacted Mr. Marvin Pike of the Clay Township Regional Waste District about receiving an extension of the sewer permit. The Waste Board will meet October 12 to vote on an extension (see attached correspondence). i) Have added en 4) I have received a report from Mr. Kent Ward of the Hamilton County Surveyor's office. I also contacted the Fire Chief and the Hamilton County Highway Department by telephone on October 2, 1987. Mr. Couts of the Fire Department asked us to show him the fire hydrant locations and send a revised copy of the plat to him (see attached correspondence) . Mr. Huford of the Highway Department is reviewing the project (see #6 below) . 5) Have added a more legible version of the soils map to the plat. 6) Have contacted Mr. Jim Huford of the Hamilton County Highway Department. His comments in our telephone conversation on October 2, 1987, were that they were reviewing the project and, at this point, have had no comments. 7) Street widths have previously been shown on the plat. Force main line ) e to be either a 4" or 6", depending on further engineering investigation. Water line size and location will be determined Jby the Indianapolis Water Company. I5) I did not realize a cut and fill mapwas needed forthis submittal. We are not in a position to prepare a map on such short notice, but I will be able to submit this item to you on lapproximately October 9, 1987. 1") We have only received the comments from the Hamilton County Surveyor's office and have addressed their comments. 17) Along Westfield Boulevard, we will be utilizing the existing acceleration/deceleration lanes from the theatre entrance. Also, the 30' back to back streets will have parking on both sides. We have added a standard detail on the plat. 6)/ Added to the plat. I/ The sidewalks, driveways and street sign location have been added to the plat. 8) We believe our original submittal conforms to the landscaping requirements. We are more than willing to discuss the landscaping portion of this project with you and would like to meet at your earliest possible convenience. 29) We are planning to stagger the buildings from being on the setback line to a distance of t /Q' behind the setback line. We believe that all submittals and approvals will be secured by that date and construction will be underway by that time. Upon completion of final construction plans, we will submit to you both plans and the 41,750.00/acre availability charge to your attention. We are aware that on Janftary 1, 1988, the availability charge will increase to $2,100.00/acre. 4 If I have misunderstood or misrepresented any of the above information, please contact me immediately.
