Commission - need to take official action by full Plan Commission 12-i ua 41,44
2. Standing Executive Committee meeting from now on, one half hour prior to Committee
meetings, first Tuesday of each month.

Mike Hollibaugh to give brief presentation. Department recommends suspension of rules,
approval and forward to City Council for final action.

Under review by the Special Study committee.
3h. Docket No. 38-94 PP, 39-94 SP, Richard Hayes Two Level Luiry Townhouses
The Department recommends that this item proceed to Subdivision Committee on June
7, 1994. The Petitioner has appeared before the BZA and been granted Special Use
approval for the construction of duplexes in a B-3 zone district.

4i. Docket No. 5-94 PP, Linkside Primary Plat
Committee recommendation:
To approve Docket No. 5-94 PP, Primary Plat application for Linkside as
submitted. Denied 3-2.
The proposed project meets the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance as
submitted.
Petitioner will present additional changes to the proposed primary plat, addressing
neighborhood and Plan Commission outstanding concerns.
Refer to letter dated May 17, 1994 form Les Locke, PE, Hamilton County Engineer
regarding design changes and concerns.
5i. Docket No. 19-94 Z, 96th and Westfield Rezone, Arbor Properties/Davis
Tabled at Special Study Committee.
6i. Docket No. 35-94 Z., 106th/421 Estridge Rezone
Committee recommendation:
To approve Docket No. 35-94 Z, Rezone application for Estridge as submitted.
Approved 5-1.
Petitioner has submitted commitments regarding specific uses to be restricted and heights
of buildings to be restricted.
7i. Docket No. 36-94 SP & 37-94 ADLS, Walgreens Secondary Plat & ADLS
The petitioner has requested an one month tabling, and will reappear before the Special
Study Committee on June 7, 1994, and then return to you at the June 21, 1994 Plan
Commission meeting.

The petitioner has requested an one month tabling, and will reappear before you at the
