Lisa: Please find attached an invoice for a Carmel Historic Preservation Commission(CHPQ fagade grant to Gary Nadzam of 315 Woodland Lane. The grant is to be paid from the pool of 2016 encumbrances for the fagade grant program from within the Department of Community Services' budget. The grant is to be made as a partial reimbursement for a window repair that was approved by the CHPC in the final quarter of 2016. The work involved the repair of four street-facing windows on the 1966 home at 315 Woodland Lane. The original single-pane windows had clouded glass or broken seals,and the project involved only the replacement of the glass, leaving the house's historic sashes and frames intact. The CHPC approved the grant application at its regularly scheduled meeting in July 2016,and Mr. Nadzam submitted the attached documentation of his completed project to CHPC staff in June 2017.
