CARMEL CENTER GREEN SITE IMPROVEMENTS The project includes improvements to the Carmel Center Green lo- cated between the Booth Tarkington Civic Theater and the Palladi- um in Carmel, Indiana. Improvements include upgrades to facilities to accommodate a winter ice skating rink and market and the summer farmer's market. Improvements include: hardscape, ice skating rink,site furniture,masonry,and utilities. Bids shall be executed on forms called for in the specifications and submitted in duplicate on the State Board of Accounts Form No.96. Bids will be received until the date and time listed.
