Upon receipt and review of comments from the Hamilton County
Highway Department dated today ( 5-17-94 ) , Davis Development
L.P. hereby withdraw our recent revisions to the Linkside Primary
Plat application. We will proceed with requesting approval of the
Primary Plat as previously presented to the Carmel Plan Commis-
sion.
