Revisions, per your letter, include the following: 1. References to Phase II construction have been removed from the plans. 2. Sidewalk access to the facility has been added. 3. Copies of the building elevations & floorplans are also enclosed. 4. All trash storage is proposed to be located inside the buildings. 5. Proposed fencing will be a black vinyl coated chainlink fence of various heights. see plans for locations and heights. 6. There is no outside lighting being proposed for parking areas, tennis courts, etc. 7. Landscape/Signage plans will be forwarded by Sweet & Co, 8. This project will fall under the Covenants & Restrictions of Waterstone. 9. There is a need to acquire additional sewer and water capacity for the Community Area. 2 . The water line extending north from pebble point pass north to Community Center through lots 103 , and 104 should be kept private due to accessibility. 3 .
