Cripe, Inc. RE: Wood Park Primary Plat I have reviewed the revised primary plat for Wood Park and have the following comments: 1. Being a believer of pipe being better and less maintenance than an open ditch. I would prefer, if possible, the offsite being piped to Indiana Seal. 2. I notices the swale location along the perimeter of the subdivision is close to the D &UE line. Since these lots are not very long as far as building space is concerned I can see a possible problem developing as we have had in Hunters Creek South. There because of the pipeline the swale was cut outside of the pipe- line easement making it difficult to construct a home with patio. I suggest the swale be cut about 15' from the easement line and possibly showing a cross section of the lots. Sincerely, Keal‘;-lC, ''')`'""/ n C.
