General
1. All contractors are to verify all dimensions, per their work.
2. All contractors are to clean up the job site, per their work
3. All contractors are to verify all applicable codes or ordinances,
per their work
4. Notify Architect of any conflicts, per these notes.
5. Architect shall approve any shop drawings required of this project.
6. All site planning, interior design, and kitchen -bath details by
appropriate subcontractor.
7. All electrical and HVAC design by appropriate subcontractors.
Earthwork
1. All fill brought to the site shall achieve 95% compaction.
2. Final grade shall be determined by individual site conditions.
3. Slope grade away from building perimeter.
4. Coordinate top of poured wall with final grade. See "Wall Section".
Framing
1. All framing to conform with common practices, installation
requirements, and procedures of the suppliers.
2. Floor trusses, laminated beams, and connectors to be sized
and certified by the manufacturer.
3. Steel column and beam assemblies to be designed and certified
by the manufacturer. !Manufacturer to verify lam. beam sizes for
beam saddles.
4. Floor and roof loads to be calculated per local codes and
conditions, including dead loads of materials and assemblies
shown on the "Wall Section", as well as the "Elevations"
5. Framing materials shown in scale on these documents are
sized for general design purposes only, unless specified otherwise.
