This project does not affect a county regulated drain. Therefore,no permits are required from this office, Approval for the drainage system will be made by the City Engineer. 2. I would recommend showing a detail of the underground detention system. 3. It is recommended to show the detention system outlet on the grading and drainage plan sheet. 4, A profile of the storm system would aid in the review of the plans. Obviously, I don't expect them too have reviewed them in preparation for the meeting, but I thought you should be aware as to whomhas received plans: Kent Ward; John South; Kate Boyle; Stan Puckett; Michael Fogarty; Paul Amone, and LuAnna Stephens. Inasmuch as this parcel of real estate is within the City of Carmel, I thought that these w ere the only reviewing agencies having a jurisdictional interest therein.
