Relocate existing 99 s.f. an area)sign on Tower III Fidelity Plaza to
west elevation of One Penn Mark Plaza. Existing sign is 99 s.f. which
is in variance to sec. 25.7.04-1,c, sign chart "c" that allows 75 s.f.
(9) State reasons supporting the Appeal: (If filing for a variance, mar
pieta the attached form entitled "Findings of Fact-Variance")
This sign has existed on the east elevation of Tower III Fidelity Plaza
for 3 172 yrs. It is visible from the same location on Meridian Street
now as it will when sign is relocated. The tenant AT&T is relocating
from Fidelity Tower III to One Penn Mark Plaza and thus the need to
relocate the sign.
