The Plans provide for a two story addition to the service department, containing in the aggregate, 8,200 square feet with a ground floor area of 4,100 square feet. Please find enclosed for distribution to each member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, an informational packet containing a rendering of the proposed addition and three photographs depicting current conditions. As permitted by the Zoning Ordinance construction commenced on a single story addition a few months ago, however, once begun, a decision was made to add a second story, which increased the total square footage by an amount requiring an amendment to the previously approved special use.
