Township 17 North, Range 4 East in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8,
Township 17 North, Range 4 East; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
East (assumed bearing) on the South line of said Southwest Quarter 671.28 feet;

North line of real estate granted to the Board of County Commissioners of
