We discovered this when we were preparing to pour the concrete pad for the bike racks and realized that the size of the concrete pad per the standard bike rack details is large enough that it takes up a lot of space where the landscaping plan specifies plantings to go. From the project owner's standpoint, we would prefer to follow the landscaping plan and move the bike racks because the location in question is close to our main facility entrance and the landscaping looks nice in this area. Please see the attached plan where we have highlighted the conflict. How do you propose we should resolve this issue? This is a time sensitive issue for us so we are hoping to get an answer on this quickly.
