Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 44 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the South line
of said Southeast Quarter Section 714.53 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 89 degrees 58 minutes 44 seconds West along said South line 1318.37
feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds East parallel with the West line of the South Half of said Southeast Quarter Section 1322.73 feet to the North line of said
South Half Quarter Section; thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes 52 seconds East along said North line 1318.17 feet; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds West
parallel with the West line of said South Half Quarter Section 1317.41 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 39.953 acres, more or less.

addition in Hamilton County, Indiana. The real estate is subject to covenants and restrictions contained in that certain Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
of East 96th Street Auto Park, recorded on the----day of------------.--_..----- as Instrument No.----------- in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana.
All streets, if not heretofore dedicated, are hereby dedicated to the public for its use, which includes the strip of land lying in 96th Street that was not conveyed
to Hamilton County with the 96th street expansion.
Pursuant to the requirements of Indiana Code 36-7-4 et seq as amended or
supplemented, and an Ordinance adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Carmel, Indiana, this plat was given approval by the City of Carmel as follows:
