Here's some more fall-out from the HNTB presentation.
As I indicated last week, I feel strongly that the
conclusions here are based on unrealistic assumptions, and that
the presentation was inflamatory.
Of particular concern to me is the fact that there was no
written report setting forth the assumptions on which these
statements are based. Maybe such a report will be forthcoming; I
certainly hope so.
