benefit of the owners of horses in Bridlebourne, a single-family
• development of 65 homes which will be constructed on the subject
land.

The community water supply system will enable the development
to provide a source of water for sprinkler systems in homes
and will be monitored regularly for purity which cannot
practically be done with individual wells. The horse stables
will only be available for permanent residents and all storage
