Dear Property Owner,
1 The nature of this meeting of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals on the
25th day of August, 1986 at 7 .00 P.M. is to request a zoning variance.
The reason for the request of the Zoning Variance is that the house which
has been built on Lot #56 Cedar Point is encroaching 4.2 feet onto the
35.0 foot minimum front building setback line, therefore it would not be
feasible to strictly adhere to the requirements of the Zoning Variance.
If you would like to voice your opinion on this matter the meeting date has
been clearly stated. Thankyou.
