(Petitioner or his repesentative to sign) . 9/10/84 PETITION FOR DEVELOPMENTAL STANDARDS VARIANCE GENE AN SHARON BAUCH STATEMENT OF HARDSHIP 1 am requesting a Developmental Standards Variance for my family daycare, due to the minimum one acre allowed for daycare. I feel we have adequate space due to the very young ages of the children, who range from six weeks to three years. The back yard where the children play is 63 feet by 100 feet in size, fenced with chain link fencing five feet high, and is adequate for these children. I have provided play equipment scaled to toddler size and a sand box for them to use. This does not take up a lot of space. The children play outdoors on nice days for approximately two hours. Indoors, the house has 3200 square feet, and this includes a large family room 13 feet by 20 feet, plus a playroom 13 feet by 10 feet where the children have plenty of space to play. We have a double wide drive way, which can easily accommodate four cars, although the children arrive on a staggered schedule, so rarely more than one or two cars arrive at the same time. This easily fits the one space per six customers ruling and is adequate for my eight parents. i ti FRANK N.
