IT IS THEREFORE the decision of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals

We are applying for a permanent variance at the Carmel Wesleyan Church
located on the corner of Smokey Row Road and N. Rangeline Road. Since the
completion of the present facility in 1980 we have had ample parking and
foresee that we will continue to have plenty of parking space for our
congregation.
The removal of the house on the site, and purchase of another house in
the area for the pastor's family would be financially impossible at this
point.
Therefore we are asking the Board of Zoning to grant us a permanent
variance.
