You will need to do the following two (2) things and deliver them to our office no later than Wednesday, October 13, 1982: 1. A letter requesting the Variance Renewal to be placed on the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Agenda 2. Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Renewable Variance - October, 1984 Dear Reverend: As the recipient of a temporary renewable variance you are aware that this must be renewed occasionally. This letter is to inform you that sane changes have occurred in the renewal process. It will be necessary for you to complete two (2) additional steps prior to appearing at the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting: (1) A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) is nag required for filing your renewal request. (2) The enclosed Findings of Fact form must be completed and returned to the Department of Community Development office at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the meeting at which the renewal will be heard. (Please return the original and ten (10) copies) . If you have any questions concerning this new process, p1eese feel free to contact the Department of Community Development.
