o A revised off-site drainage plan for Woodgate Section 1 and II was
presented for TAC review. Mr. Langston will install over 1100 ft. of 12-
inch storm pipe within an existing storm drainage easement and outlet
directly into the wet retention pond in Dick Fisher's subdivision,
Smokey Knoll (now under construction),
o Drainage calculations have been submitted for both Woodgate and Smokey
Knoll Subdivision and are in order
o Final plat for overall Smokey Knoll will have to be reviewed to show
property transfer to Mr. Paul Estridge
