CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NEW FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN THIS
A03 LOCATION. FIRE EXTINGUISHER IS TO MATCH STYLE OF EXISTING IN
THIS SUITE. IF IN PORPWER WORKING ORDER, REUSE EXISTING FIRE
EXTINGUISHERS SALVAGED FROM DEMOLTION. ALL FIRE
EXTINGUISHERS ARE TO BE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO NFPA 10.
A04 EXISTING FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND CABINET TO REMAIN.
CONTRACTOR TO CONFIRM THAT ALL FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ARE TO
INSTALLED ACCORDING TO NFPA 10.
A05 CONFIRM THAT EXISTING WALL MATCHES WALL TYPE "W3". IF NOT
ALTER EXISTING WALL AS REQUIRED TO MATCH "W3".
A06 PROVIDE ADDITIONAL BLOCKING IN WALL AS REQUIRED FOR
WALL MOUNTED TELEVISION; COORDINATE EXACT LOCATION
WITH TENANT. TELEVISION TO BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR;
CONFIRM WITH TENANT ON EXACT REQUIREMENTS AND IF
EXISTING TELEVISIONS CAN BE REUSED OR IF NEW NEED TO BE
PURCHASED.
A07 ALL APPLIANCES IN BREAK ROOM ARE TO BE NEW AND PROVIDED
BY CONTRACTOR. PROVIDE CUT SHEETS TO TENANT FOR
APPROVAL PRIOR TO ORDERING. SEE ELEVATIONS 2/A211 AND

A08 COORDINATE WITH TENANT ON LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
FOR NEW WALL MOUNTED SIGNAGE. PROVIDE BLOCKING AND
PATCH AND REPAIR WALL AFTER INSTALLATION AS REQUIRED.
A10 REINSTALL SALVAGED BASE CABINETS AS SHOWN. PROVIDE NEW
SOLID SURFACE (SSI) COUNTERTOP IN SAME LAYOUT AND
DIMENSIONS AS COUNTERTOP THAT WAS REMOVED. COUNTER TO
HAVE NO BACKSPLASH; SCRIBE COUNTER TO WALL AND PROVIDE
BEAD OF CLEAR SILICONE AT SOLID SURFACE TO WALL
TRANSITION.
Al 1 PROVIDE SEPARATE PRICE FOR NEW SOLID SURFACE (SS1)
COUNTER AT 42 A.F.F. NEW COUNTER TO BE 24"W x 8'-0" L
(APPROX). COUNTER TO HAVE NO BACK SPLASH; SCRIBE
COUNTER TO WALL AND PROVIDE BEAD OF CLEAR SILICONE AT
COUNTER TO WALL TRANSITION. CASEWORK CONTRACTOR TO
INSTALL RAKKS EH -1818 -FM BRACKET AS NEEDED PRIOR TO
INSTALLATION OF DRYWALL. COORDINATE APPROVAL OF SHOP
DRAWINGS WITH DRYWALL INSTALLATION AS NEEDED.
