REPAIR ANY DAMAGED GRID AND REPLACE ANY DAMAGED TILES WITH NEW TO MATCH EXISTING. 2. PROVIDE LIKE CEILING TILES IN INDIVIDUAL ROOMS WHERE POSSIBLE TO CREATE UNIFORM LOOK. 3. PROVIDE EMERGENCY LIGHTING IN TENANT SPACE AS REQUIRED PER NEMA AND IBC. EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS OR LIGHTS CONNECTED TO AN EMERGENCY POWER SOURCE ARE REQUIRED IF THE SPACE CONTAINS 50 PERSONS OR MORE. FIXTURES SHOWN ON PLAN ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY.
